The chart itself is beautiful -very detailed, gorgeous design. However, I had great difficulty opening the download. I emailed several times to ask for help and advice but to no avail. Eventually I asked for help on the Facebook page, where I was advised to email! Over a period of two weeks I have emailed four or five times and had no reply. I have now somehow managed to open it myself, but very poor customer service.

I'm so sorry you had difficulty downloading your patterns (unzipping the files) and a hard time getting ahold of me. I'm glad we finally talked and got it all straightened out though. :-) And I am glad you asked in the Facebook group because all the members are super friendly and helpful and I noticed quite a few people answered really quickly giving you the same advice I would have and you posted this: Update: Hallelujah! I have no idea what I’ve done differently today, but the file has opened and I am currently printing the pattern off before it has a chance to change its mind and close again! Technology is wonderful when it works! Thanks to all who made suggestions and tried to help - much appreciated! One happy bunny here in Scotland ! 🐰🪡🧵 I'm so happy you're enjoying your pattern now! I can't wait to see your progress! It will be beautiful!
